My name is Tirca Snaider, I am 44 and live in Monaco.
How did it happen that I had been operated on by Professor Puchkov K.V. in Moscow? I will tell you. After the third delivery (the fetus was very big) I felt discomfort in the perineum, lost sensation during the sexual intercourse, felt something big inside of me. I visited our family doctor. He recommended swimming and Kegel’s exercises, I did everything he had recommended, but in a year at the end of the day I felt something like a ball inside of me. Dull pain developed, and the most awful thing was that during coughing undeliberate urination took place. It was horrible! There was a threat to my family life! My husband is a Frenchman, a tolerant man, but it has become clear that the intimate life is not a pleasure for him now. I have understood that something should be done, and I cannot avoid operation. In the hospital centre of Princess Grace (CHPG) they have explained me that treatment is not difficult - -laparoscopy should be performed on, and some mesh should be placed (promontofixation), that will be holding uterus and vagina. I have asked about changes in size of vagina and sensations of my husband, but they have replied that operation does not change such things. Females will understand me that it is the same as to do nothing.
I went to the clinic Santa Maria in Nice. After examination they told me the same things as in the previous clinic, and they told me something that shocked me! They told it would be better to remove uterus – the result would be better. They have added that when mesh is attached to vagina, erosion and purulent process can develop. Within two weeks I was shocked on hearing that! Then I pulled myself together and started to try to find the way out. I have studied the problem ( it seems to me, I understand the problem, like a doctor), searching the material on the Internet. In Europe there is the same approach to treatment of my disease - genital prolapse. But by chance I found Professor Puchkov’s site, where in detail his combined technique of treatment had been described, based on the combination of laparoscopic fixation of uterine cervix by mesh, but without sutures on vagina, including plasty on the perinium with the use of a patient’s own tissues. I am just copying what has been mentioned at his site.
I forwarded him e-mail with my data and values of investigation and got a reply, that in my situation everything could be done according to his technique, and no need to remove uterus. I asked him to operate me in Switzerland – he also operates there. But then I learned prices in Switzerland and Moscow, and decided to do it in Moscow. The equipment is the same, but prices are twice less. I liked the clinic very much, the kind and professional staff. Professor-therapeutist Yury Evstafyevich found out the pathology of the thyroid gland and administered proper treatment. And I can say only warm words about Doctor Leonid Venediktovich, who has given me anesthesia. He talks with patients attentively. After narcosis I felt as if woke up after sleeping.
Professor Puchkov K.V. is worthy of the highest praise. He examined me, using a gynecologist’s chair, and clearly explained me everything, using a phantom (he has it on his table).And what he has mentioned before operation and what has happened in real life – these two things have coincided. Due to it I trust him. I have understood, he is a man of honour, he explains briefly, clearly, does fast, and patients recover. In 7 days I was back at home. Rehabilitation was easy. I was allowed to get up from my bed and to sit, starting from the first day after operation. Urination became normal in 3 days. In 2 months I have understood that everything is OK with me. My husband’s eyes were shining, sensations in the intimate sphere were excellent.
Konstantin Viktorovich, thank you very much! You really give people not only health, but happiness. You save families and make them stronger. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! My letter is sincere. I have expressed all my emotions towards this person. I live abroad, though I have finished school in Russia. There is no need to be ashamed! Professor has given me a possibility to enjoy life!

I want to express my gratitude to Puchkov Konstantin Viktorovich and tell You the history of my cure! In 2007 a complex oncological operation on female organs had performed. I did it in Azerbaijan. Since 2009, my husband got a job in Dubai and we moved to live in this city. In 2014 and 2015, I was twice operated for the intestinal obstruction. Surgical team in Dubai told me, that it cause of the last oncology operation. As a result, a large hernia on the abdomen and many adhesions were formed. One more time an operation was proposed and again via laparotomy. I could not stand it anymore. There was no moral and physical strength. Again a wound, again a long healing, and suddenly again hernia. In the Internet, I found the site of Professor Puchkov, where he told me that he performs these operations without laparotomy, only through small incisions, dissects adhesions and puts the grid. One more time I went to consult my doctor in Dubai and he told me that this is not possible. Late I check all reviews and writing to the doctor Puchkov patients, I still decided to go to Russia for an operation. Of course I had doubts, but my intuition told me that everything would be fine. The operation was difficult, lasting 2.5 hours, but without a large laparotomy. It's amazing that I got up in 5 hours after the operation. And on the second day he discharged me from the Swiss university clinic. I stayed in Moscow for another 5 days, lived with relatives. Even resembled the Red Square (although in the bandage is not quite convenient). And after the inspection i flew back home.
The most interesting thing was in Dubai, when I came for an examination to my surgeon. He was extremely surprised and expressed his admiration for the work of Professor Puchkov. Although it seems to me it was a shame that they did not do this work.
Now It's been about two weeks, I feel great. I am grateful to fate that it happened in that way and I was put on my feet very quickly.

Me brindo todo la informacion que nesesitaba sobre el operacion, respondiendo cada correo que lo enviaba con mis dudas, los valores que el me indicó fueron todos muy transparentes, no hubo surpresas ni nada extra. Haluaisin kertoa omista kokemuksestani, joka koskee minun terveyttäni. Minun nimi Galina Vartiainen. Tulin Moskovaan Suomesta `(Savonlinnasta), koska minulla jo yli 8 vuotta oli suuri kohdun myooma.
